Returns & Exchanges

While we genuinely hope that you love everything you order from us, sometimes it isn’t quite right. When this is the case, you have 14 days from the day you receive your items to return them to Atelier Elloré. After the 14-day period, the purchase is considered final and cannot be returned anymore.

The shipping costs for returning the item are your responsibility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

Consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. Atelier Elloré cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURN

If you are not satisfied with an item and would like to return it, you are required to add the return form to the package when returning one of Atelier Elloré's products. Any return without a return form will not be processed.

How to return:

1. Fill out the return form stating your name, order number and reason for return.

2. Send your package to the following address:

The shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

3. We will refund your money within 14 business days. 

Note: Returned item(s) must be in original condition with all labels/tags attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your product. Atelier Elloré reserves the right to refuse returned items.

Returns for items purchased through Atelier Elloré are only accepted via post and not in person.

EXCHANGE

For exchange, you can return the order as stated above and order the right product on our website. After we receive the return, Atelier Elloré will refund your money within 14 business days. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
